Super Absorbent Polymer SAP

1. Application in Agriculture

Especially in arid areas, adding a small amount of superabsorbent polymers to the soil can lock the water after absorbing water and then slowly release it, thereby improving the drought resistance of crops.

2. Application in Industry

It can be used to make water-stopping swelling rubber, water-absorbing antifouling coatings, anti-condensation coatings, etc., to facilitate industrial production. In addition, polymer absorbent resins can also be used for oil field water plugging and oil-water separation to improve oil field mining efficiency.

3. Application in the medical field

It is mainly used to produce medical dressings and biomedical materials. For example, hemostatic dressings use the water absorption properties of polymer absorbent resins to lock the absorbed water in the dressings, thereby playing a role in rapid hemostasis.
