Solid Powder (Granular)
≥ 88% active solid content. Requires mechanical dry-powder feeders and aging tanks (0.1%–0.2% concentration). Best for large-scale municipal plants, mining thickeners, and paper mills.
Liquid Emulsion
20%–50% active polymer dispersed in hydrocarbon oil with inversion surfactants. Inverts rapidly via inline static or mechanical mixers. Best for mobile dewatering units or sites lacking powder makeup systems.


Molecular Weight (12 × 10⁶ to 28 × 10⁶ Daltons): Determines chain length and physical bridging capacity. Ultra-high molecular weight grades resist high mechanical shear.
Anionic Degree (10% to 50%): Molar charge density. Low degrees (10%–20%) target mineral suspensions; high degrees (30%–50%) target organic-inorganic blended wastewater.
Dissolution Kinetics: Hydrates fully within 30–45 minutes at 300–400 RPM (0.1% concentration), leaving minimal unswollen micro-gels ("fisheyes").
Operating Range: Functions stably across pH 5.0–11.0.

Handling
Store in sealed packaging below 30°C in dry conditions. Powder absorbs humidity rapidly, causing caking. Spilled polymer is extremely slippery; sweep mechanically and rinse with water.
