Product Usage
Add the daily required amount of power plant-specific corrosion and scale inhibitor to the medicine box. For ease of use, dilute with water and continuously add the inhibitor to the circulation pump inlet (sump outlet) using a metering pump or a regulating valve. The typical dosage concentration is 5-20 mg/L (based on the amount of water added).

- Medium Hardness Water Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor
Performance and Applications
This product, composed primarily of a special surfactant, a high-efficiency dispersant, and a corrosion inhibitor, is suitable for systems using low-hardness water as the cooling medium.
Low-hardness water contains low levels of calcium and magnesium ions, which prevents scaling, making corrosion inhibition a primary concern. Through extensive experimental screening, we have developed a carbon steel corrosion and scale inhibitor specifically for low-hardness water. This inhibitor primarily inhibits corrosion by inhibiting metal polarization.
The corrosion inhibitor does not contain toxic substances such as nitrites and chromates, making it environmentally friendly.
