A Senegalese client found us online. He was procuring equipment in China and was looking for chemicals for sludge dewatering. After our sales manager communicated with the client, we cordially invited him to visit our factory and arranged a simulation experiment for him to understand the treatment methods.
At the agreed time, we picked up the client at the high-speed rail station and first showed him around our factory. The factory had undergone upgrades, and the polyacrylamide production line had improved its automation capabilities. The clean workshop and automated production line impressed the client greatly.
Next, we took the client to our laboratory, where our staff conducted flocculation tests on wastewater using cationic polyacrylamide. The client said this was exactly the effect he needed. He carefully learned the experimental procedures and methods and took some samples of commonly used water treatment chemicals, intending to test them himself back home.
Before leaving, the client expressed his gratitude, saying that not only had he witnessed the polyacrylamide production process firsthand, but he had also learned about the product's application, which helped solve his problem. He highly appreciated our production capabilities and service, and hoped to maintain a cooperative relationship in the future.
