Today, our company received polyacrylamide (PAM) samples and wastewater from a Saudi Arabian client. The client operates a large stone processing plant and is currently facing the problem that the wastewater generated during stone cutting remains turbid even after treatment. The client wanted us to conduct tests and provide optimization suggestions.
We sent the PAM samples and wastewater to our laboratory. We first tested the type and specific indicators of the PAM, and then tested the wastewater sedimentation effect using beaker experiments. After multiple comparative tests and sending a video to the client, we explained that the product they were currently using could not solve the water turbidity problem. We then used our company's product, conducting comparative experiments to help the client understand how to solve the current problem and what potential issues to avoid during use. The client was very impressed with our quick solution and highly praised our professionalism.
