Recently, our company's technical team was invited to a coal washing plant in Shanxi Province to conduct a targeted on-site wastewater treatment experiment, which was a complete success.
Coal washing wastewater typically contains a large amount of coal sludge particles and suspended solids, making it difficult to treat. This coal plant has been committed to finding a more efficient and economical treatment solution to improve the quality of recycled water and reduce operating costs. At the experiment site, our company's technical engineers precisely added a cationic polyacrylamide (PAM) product tailored to the characteristics of the water quality. The results were immediate:
Fast flocculation: After the addition of the agent, the fine coal sludge particles in the wastewater quickly aggregated into large, dense flocs.
Fast sedimentation: The flocs rapidly settled, achieving efficient solid-liquid separation, and the supernatant was clear and transparent.
Low moisture content in the sludge cake: After filtration, the settled coal sludge formed a sludge cake with a low moisture content, which was convenient for transportation and resource utilization.
Manager Wang, the production director of the plant, highly praised the effect of our company's product and the professionalism of our technology after observing the entire experiment process: "The experimental results far exceeded expectations. This polyacrylamide not only uses less dosage but also has excellent effluent quality, significantly shortening the treatment time and solving our real problems. We are very much looking forward to further cooperation in the future."
The success of this on-site experiment once again proves the outstanding performance of our company's polyacrylamide products in the treatment of complex industrial wastewater. We will continue to focus on customer needs and provide precise and efficient technical solutions.
