Product Description

Polyaluminium chloride (PAC) is a water-soluble inorganic polymer coagulant with a CAS number of 1327-41-9. This product has strong bridging adsorption properties and will undergo physical and chemical processes such as coagulation, adsorption and precipitation during water treatment.

The difference between polyaluminium chloride and traditional inorganic coagulants is that traditional inorganic coagulants are low molecular crystalline salts, while the structure of polyaluminium chloride is composed of various forms of polycarboxyl complexes.

It has a fast flocculation and precipitation speed, a wide range of applicable pH values, no corrosion to pipeline equipment, and a significant water purification effect. It can effectively remove SS, COD, BOD, and heavy metal ions such as arsenic and mercury in water. This product is widely used in drinking water, industrial water and sewage treatment.

Product Properties

  1. The flocs form quickly, the alum flowers are large, the sedimentation speed is fast, and the treatment capacity is 1.0-3.0 times higher than other inorganic coagulants.
  2. It is suitable for source water of various temperatures and has good solubility.
  3. This product is less corrosive and easy to operate.
  4. The liquid product is suitable for automatic dosing and will not clog the pipeline after long-term use.

Application

Polyaluminium chloride PAC is mainly used for urban water supply and drainage purification: river water, reservoir water, groundwater; industrial water supply purification, urban sewage treatment, industrial wastewater, recovery of useful substances in waste residues, and promotion of coal powder sedimentation in coal washing wastewater.
